Dr. Baker is a double board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She has decades of experience evaluating and treating psychiatric disorders from childhood to adulthood, with expertise in pediatric anxiety disorders, adolescent mood disorders, and reproductive psychiatry. Dr. Baker is committed to improving the wellness of her patients through a holistic, flexible and responsive approach. She is known for her warm and collaborative style. She was on the faculty at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she served as the director of the adolescent intensive outpatient program. She worked at the Child Mind Institute in NYC, with a focus on mindfulness practice as a clinical tool, and public mental health education through the media. Dr. Baker is on the faculty at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where she works in the Center for Women's Mental Health and supervises resident physicians.
